Our selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the client’s needs and goes all the way to post recruitment follow-up with both client and candidate. The key principles of our search methodology focus on.

Understanding the client organisation with regard to existing business activities, organisation structure, culture and future growth plans

Mapping position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities and other relevant details

Developing a Sourcing Strategy that draws up a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit and utilising our network, along with our database to develop a list of most promising candidates within these companies Establishing Contact once we have determined interest in pursuing specific candidates. Candidates are contacted and apprised of the opportunity for eliciting their interest in the position.

Evaluating candidates with the aim of determining a profile match with the job, their career aspirations and suitability in the context and culture of client organisation.

Negotiations for the final candidate’s compensation requirements and if required, assist in completing the hiring arrangements.

Contract

Contract services are a perfect solution for companies that experience frequent fluctuation in the need for technical resources. As projects begin to ramp up, Abjayon is there to supplement the necessary technical resources to complete the job. As projects are completed and inventory begins to slow down, Abjayon handles the discontinuation of existing contracts. With Contract Services, Abjayon and the company agree on an hourly bill rate and an expected duration of the contract. Once the contract is started, Abjayon handles all human resource functions including payroll generation and distribution, payroll tax withholding, state and federal reporting requirements and employer related insurance administration.

Contract-to-Hire
Contract-to-Hire services are very similar to Contract services with the exception that it is normally the intention of the company to hire the Abjayon Consultant at some point in the future. Contract-to-Hire Services give the company the ability to monitor the work performance of a Consultant prior to making a formal offer of employment. With Contract-to-Hire Services, Abjayon and the company agree on an hourly bill rate for the Contract period, the date the Consultant will be converted to a regular employee of the company, a minimum number of hours the Consultant must work as a Abjayon consultant prior to conversion, and/or a conversion fee which is payable to Abjayon once the Consultant is actually converted to regular employee status with the company.

Full Time

Full Time services are a perfect solution for companies that need technical resources internally but may lack the recruiting expertise or resources to attract ideal candidates. Abjayon can also do the job that our client can’t, namely seeking out those top performers who are gainfully employed at their current company and not actively seeking to change jobs. We are able to recruit these people for you by selling them on the benefits of working for your company. Full Time Services give companies the ability to immediately hire Abjayon consultants as internal employees. With Full Time Services, Abjayon and the company agree on the terms of the Full Time placement, which typically include the fee percentage and a guarantee provision should the Consultant not work out.
