As a Technical Recruiter, you will work in building high-performing teams for Abjayon.
- Work as an individual contributor.
- Gather the requirement from the Hiring Manager.
- Conduct thorough research on the requirement and provide Market Intelligence
- Sourcing profiles from Job Portals, Linkedin, Indeed, and other Social Media tools.
- Ensure the candidate experience through the selection process is smooth.
- Build a strong network of candidates for future requirements.
- Ensure to follow the Recruitment process and contribute regularly to the process improvement
- Keep the Recruitment systems up to date.
- Provide Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly recruitment metrics.
- 5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
- To be successful you need to have good sourcing and data mining skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills - Able to communicate with different stakeholders like Hiring Managers, Candidates, Branding team, etc.
- Good experience in Linkedin and other social media sourcing.
- Good understanding of US tax terms - W2 / 1099 / C2C.
- Experience in dealing with Visa transfer processes.
- Good in MS office tools like Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience working in building Utilities implementation team is a plus.
