Neeraj strategically leads Abjayon through business development, program & portfolio management, and operations. Neeraj enjoys playing golf and firmly believes that while talent may win games, it is teamwork and intelligence that ultimately win championships.

Biography

With over 30 years of deep expertise in Oracle Energy and Water product suite and software development, Meet heads the Delivery organization at Abjayon. Before starting Abjayon, Meet was with Oracle for 20 years in UK and India, managing development and support of various products including Oracle EBIS, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle Utilities. Meet is also in charge of Corporate at Abjayon.
Meet’s intense expertise and process driven approach guide Abjayon as a transformation champion by building maintainable and supportable digital engineering solutions. Meet likes to focus on goals, not obstacles and relaxes in his downtime with sports, reading fictions and cooking.

Biography

Manoj has a consummate track record of delivering strong operational and commercial results with his aptitude to break complex processes into simpler methods using process optimisation with innovative tech. 

He has successfully led Abjayon through a NetSuite ERP implementation and the ISO 9001 & 27001 certifications. Manoj is the in-house whizz at planning and execution, recruitment, establishing corporate relations, compliance and negotiating contracts. He is committed to improving himself every day and enjoys fitness and reading.

Biography

Jayanarayan is an experienced technology leader with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry for 18+ years. His technical leadership and project management skills in Utilities were honed with over 12 years of product development and services at Oracle Energy and Water.

He is an engineering wizard who thrives on building product development teams from ground up and scaling them. At Abjayon, Jayanarayan specialises in designing & building highly scalable Digital Solutions for Customers, Enterprise Application Developments, and Cloud Service Offerings. Jayanarayan says, ‘you should know the rules, so you can break them effectively’. His time away from work is spent playing sports like tennis, badminton & volleyball and deep diving into creative cutting-edge technologies.

Fahrudin Mekic brings decades of leadership experience in the Energy and Water sector, having served as VP at Oracle for North America and previously leading Siemens energy utilities software sales across the Americas, Australia, and New Zealand.
A strategic and accomplished business leader, Fahrudin has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results. He has successfully aligned sales, marketing, product management, and operations with strategic goals to exceed growth and profitability targets.

Kamal Sharma

Regional Head – APAC and MEA

Biography

Kamal’s career in software product development and implementation included 19 years of leading specialist teams at Oracle Energy and Water, Fiserv and Aon Hewitt. With over 12 years in creating Oracle’s products and applications for Utilities, Kamal now leads Global Practice at Abjayon’s Utility Consulting Services division and responsible for end-to-end delivery of the implementation projects, managed services, customers & partner management, P&L for the Abjayon’s Utility Consulting Services division.

Kamal believes life is a series of interesting adventures – He is an automobile enthusiast and a hodophile.

Varaprasad Veluvolu

Senior Director, Integrations & Analytics

Biography

Varaprasad brings 21 years of I.T. industry experience across different sectors and has worked with Oracle Energy and Water as an Architect for MDM-SGG and a Delivery Manager for Integration and Analytics. He excels at performing analysis and driving technical initiatives. At Abjayon, Varaprasad’s competence shines in all aspects of data integration from data modeling to ETL architecture, BI project management, reporting and performance tuning.

Varaprasad views the world as one big data problem and outside of work seeks creative solutions by playing with his children. Vara also enjoys playing Volleyball, Cricket and Badminton.

Pavitra Kalra

VP, Technical & Managed Services

Biography

Pavitra’s result driven attitude has been honed with over 2 decades of experience in Software Engineering. He spent a decade with Oracle Energy and Water working with Utilities performance testing, performance tuning and benchmarked OUAF products.

With Abjayon, Pavitra leads DevOps Projects and oversees Release Management processes. He is also involved in performance optimization of production systems to achieve optimal output, thereby maximizing throughput. Pavitra likes to see life as a DIY project and observes it by mindful walking in his free time, one step at a time.

Biography

Manoj is a Global Sales Leader with over 15 years of experience across Project and Business Development teams. He has a great track record of driving sales and increasing client engagement at large Utilities like Tata, Adani and Essar. At Abjayon, Manoj is commercially focused and responsible for driving growth by pitching unique solutions to clients in the APAC and MEA regions. 

 Manoj firmly believes in selling solutions to problems, not products. He enjoys cycling & trekking and appreciates that the best views come after the long and hard climbs.

Biography

Prem’s 21 years of Project Management experience spans across a number of different sectors like Utilities, Finance, Healthcare, Marketing and Oil & Gas. He has worked with clients globally and led large onshore and offshore model projects. Prem brings in his expertise in software application development and managed services to enhance Abjayon’s Partner Alliances team, building core relationships and facilitating workplace transformation solutions. 

Prem believes in the power of collaboration to succeed, and this reflects through his personal life as he enjoys the interdependency of nature and gardening.

Director, Delivery, Manila

Biography

Through two decades of experience, Reg has worked a broad gamut of roles as a Developer, Designer, Team Lead, Manager, Managing Principal Consultant, Scrum Master, Senior Manager, and Delivery Director. For 16 years, he was responsible for the development of Oracle Energy and Water’s Network Management Systems (NMS), Work Asset Management (WAM), and Customer Self Service (CSS) products.

At Abjayon, he oversees the Manila delivery team through large scale business transformation technology, data strategies, and performance improvement projects. Reg operates by translating vision into reality for clients. He enjoys maintaining his technical focus outside of work with his photography, car modifications, and home lab/automation.

Biography

Sanjeev brings with him three decades of rich experience in IT Delivery and Services. He has led large global teams, managed multi-million dollar engagements, and successfully delivered complex programs and projects. 

His core strengths lie in Customer Management, Program & Project Management, IT Delivery, Business Analysis, Data Management, and Business Intelligence.

Sanjeev strongly believes in the transformative power of technology. He has a deep appreciation for different cultures and is a believer in identifying talent and playing to their advantages; assembling teams that complement each other’s strengths.
In his role, Sanjeev oversees Customer Management, Project Execution, and P&L responsibilities for the region.
Outside of work, Sanjeev is an avid reader, enjoys hiking, and has a keen interest in Robotics and Astronomy.

Known for his ability to secure strategic partnerships and manage high-value client engagements, Saif has a proven track record of delivering business growth and building long-term customer relationships.

Beyond work, he is an avid movie enthusiast and a passionate cricket buff.

Bonnie Damstra is passionate about helping utilities and communities transition to cleaner, smarter solutions. She thrives on collaboration and embraces the motto: “learn something new every day”. At Abjayon, she is excited to contribute her expertise while continuing to learn and grow alongside colleagues and clients.

Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys life as an avid home chef and often spends weekends relaxing by the pool with a good book. She is also accompanied by her loyal pup, Pickles, who occasionally makes a quiet appearance on Teams calls.

Erin Danielle Romo brings over 20 years of experience in the North American utility sector, where she has established herself as a dynamic and results-driven sales and marketing leader. She possesses deep expertise in the Oracle Utilities ecosystem and has a consistent record of exceeding revenue targets through innovative strategies and strong client engagement.

Before joining Abjayon, Erin served as Vice President, Vertical Lead for Utilities at Doxim and Utilitec, where she designed and executed sales strategies that not only met but surpassed organizational goals. Her leadership has been instrumental in transforming businesses and expanding their market presence by building robust sales pipelines, leading full sales lifecycles, and negotiating high-value contracts.

A strategic thinker and collaborative leader, Erin excels at fostering partnerships, driving growth, and creating long-term value for both organizations and clients.

Himanshu Bari

Senior Director – AT/ OT Practice

Biography

As Senior Director, Himanshu leads Abjayon’s Asset Technology (AT) and Operational Technology (OT) Practice, driving strategic initiatives and solution delivery for mission-critical utility systems. He specializes in the architecture and deployment of AT/OT platforms, including Oracle Work & Asset Management (WAM), Oracle Work & Asset Cloud Service (WACS), Oracle Field Service (OFS), Oracle Network Management System (NMS) for OMS, ADMS, DERMS, DMS, as well as SCADA and Live Energy Connect (LEC).

With nearly two decades of experience, Himanshu brings a rare combination of hands-on utility operations expertise and global consulting leadership. He began his career in the core utility industry, spending five years in operational roles, before moving into consulting with Accenture, where he spent eight years delivering large-scale transformation programs across multiple geographies.

In his previous roles, Himanshu played a key part in Smart Grid Transformation projects, helping utilities modernize asset management, optimize grid operations, and embrace digital technologies at scale. His diverse background allows him to bridge practical industry insight with global consulting delivery, ensuring strategies are visionary, executable, and sustainable — powering the next generation of utility transformation.
