Role Summary

We are looking for a transformational Sales Leader to drive the global expansion of the Impresa Suite across India, the Middle East, APAC, and Africa. This is not just a sales role — it is a strategic growth mandate.

You will lead the charge in bringing next-generation AI-powered platforms to the Utilities sector (Electric, Water, and Gas), helping utilities modernize infrastructure, accelerate digital transformation, and deliver measurable operational impact.

This role demands a commercially astute leader who thrives in complex, high-value enterprise environments and can confidently engage CXOs, regulators, and public sector stakeholders across diverse geographies. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled SaaS products in growth-stage environments and knows how to unlock revenue through a powerful combination of direct enterprise sales and strategic partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Global Go-To-Market Leadership

  • Architect and execute a high-impact sales strategy for Impresa across India, MEA, APAC, and Africa, adapting to varying market maturity and regulatory landscapes.
  • Build and scale a sustainable revenue engine across emerging and established markets.

Executive & Government Engagement

  • Develop trusted relationships with CXO-level leaders, board members, and government authorities at major utility organizations.
  • Establish a strong, multi-year enterprise pipeline through strategic account development.

Strategic Value Positioning

  • Position Impresa as the platform of choice for digital transformation, grid modernization, analytics, and operational intelligence.
  • Translate regional challenges into compelling business outcomes and ROI-driven proposals.

Ecosystem & Partner Expansion

  • Build and activate high-performance channel partnerships with System Integrators, global consulting firms, and technology partners.
  • Drive co-sell and alliance-led growth strategies to accelerate market penetration.

Enterprise Deal Leadership

  • Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle — from market entry and demand generation to complex tender submissions, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Navigate international procurement frameworks and multi-layered stakeholder environments with confidence.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insight

  • Monitor global Utilities trends, regulatory developments, and competitive movements.
  • Provide strategic visibility to leadership on pipeline health, market opportunities, and emerging territories.

Revenue Expansion & Account Growth

  • Deliver consistent revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion across regional accounts.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven B2B enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of selling SaaS solutions into Utilities or Public Sector organizations.
  • Demonstrated success selling in India and at least one additional region (Middle East, APAC, or Africa).
  • Deep expertise in government procurement cycles, international tenders, and regional regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience scaling revenue in startup or growth-stage environments, including building sales operations in new territories.
  • Strong understanding of partner-driven and channel sales models.
  • Exceptional executive presence with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with global cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to build presence and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
