Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom APIs (REST, SOAP, File, JMS) to integrate Oracle Utilities applications with external systems.

Define data mapping and transformation rules for seamless information flow.

Configure and manage message queuing systems and routing rules.

Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure system reliability.

Adhere to security standards and best practices in all integration workflows.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration designs, configurations, and procedures.
Skill Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in integration development.

Strong experience in building SOA Suite–based solutions using BPEL and OSB.

Proficiency in Web Services, XML, Java/J2EE, Oracle Databases, SQL, and related integration standards.

Expertise in XML, XSD, XSL, WSDL, XPath, XQuery.

Hands-on experience with JMS Queues/Topics for message exchange.

Ability to develop SOAP/REST services using SOA Suite technical adapters.

Experience developing file-based services (read/write).

Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, integration, and testing.

Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a strong advantage.

Experience in Oracle Utilities applications (C2M, CCB, MDM, WAM, CCS, MSCS, WACS) is a plus.
