Through two decades of experience, Reg has worked a broad gamut of roles as a Developer, Designer, Team Lead, Manager, Managing Principal Consultant, Scrum Master, Senior Manager, and Delivery Director. For 16 years, he was responsible for the development of Oracle Energy and Water’s Network Management Systems (NMS), Work Asset Management (WAM), and Customer Self Service (CSS) products. At Abjayon, he oversees the Manila delivery team through large scale business transformation technology, data strategies, and performance improvement projects. Reg operates by translating vision into reality for clients. He enjoys maintaining his technical focus outside of work with his photography, car modifications, and home lab/automation.
