Qatar Cool, the leading District Cooling company in Qatar, has given Abjayon the mandate to replace its existing Billing and Collection system with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) and Abjayon’s Digital Self Service Portal. This engagement is aimed at implementing a new Customer Support and Billing/Collection System for their residential and commercial customers with several integrations but not limited to, - AMR meters. Various payment channels, Telephone systems, etc.
The project is envisioned to realize Qatar Cool’s objective of optimizing its existing processes and services by combining the Customer information system, billing/collection, and customer service applications, as a result of replacing previous technology with the latest single enterprise solution.
